I’m Alessandra Gutierrez de Leon, a technology strategist specializing in application transformation in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. I combine leadership strategy, process improvement, and technology adoption to design scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Over my career, I’ve worn many hats - Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Testing Analyst - evolving into leadership roles that bridge strategy and execution. This balance of hands-on expertise and vision ensures that the solutions I design are not just innovative but implementable.
With over a decade of experience in technology solutions and process improvement, I’ve led projects across enterprise migrations, metadata governance, Power Platform automation, and data-driven collaboration hubs.
Outside of corporate life, I’m an entrepreneur at heart - founder of cafeoLogix, offering Microsoft 365 consulting and web design for small businesses and nonprofits, and 17miles coffee roasters, a venture inspired by quality, sustainability, and community.

My background includes professional development at Harvard Square and UCLA, formal study at UC Berkeley, and I’m currently completing graduate work in business and corporate communication while conducting doctoral research on AI-driven continuous improvement in the P&C insurance industry.
